- Upload, download, post, email, or otherwise transmit unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any form of solicitation.
- Upload, download, post, email, or otherwise transmit software viruses or any other harmful code.
- Upload, download, post, email, or otherwise transmit false or misleading information.
- Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Site or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Site.
MerchSooq does not pre-screen submitted content but reserves the right to reject or remove any content at its sole discretion. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to reproduce and distribute such content and that it complies with all applicable laws.
Order Acceptance
MerchSooq reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Orders may be canceled due to limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention team. If your order is canceled after your account has been charged, we will issue a credit to your account.
Pricing and Content Information
While MerchSooq strives to provide accurate pricing information, errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order is placed. In the event of pricing errors, MerchSooq has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the item. Governing Law / Jurisdictional Issues
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or transacting on the Site.
