Delivery times may vary depending on the country.

• Within the UAE: Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days from the date of purchase. This includes the printing time for custom orders. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your order and check its status at your convenience.
  • If you order today, expect delivery within 1-3 working days.
• For GCC Orders: Orders shipped to GCC countries will be delivered 1-2 working days after the UAE delivery estimate.
  • If you order today, expect delivery 1-2 working days after the above UAE delivery timeframe.
• For International Orders: Delivery times for international orders will be between 2-4 working days after the GCC delivery estimate.
  • If you order today, expect delivery within 2-4 working days from the above date.

If you need your order sooner, please feel free to call or chat with us to see if we can accommodate your request before placing your order. We also offer a pickup option from our office in 22A – Street Al Khabisi, allowing you to collect your order even sooner!

Free Delivery is available for all custom orders delivered within the UAE for purchases above AED 150.

Please note that for orders including campaign-related merchandise or brand store products, delivery times and rates may vary depending on the specific campaign or store’s terms.

Other Shipping Terms:

• Merchsooq will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries, in compliance with UAE law.
• Multiple orders or shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
